We are delighted to be able to offer you FREE STANDARD INSURED SHIPPING on ALL items.
We offer A Royal Mail Special Delivery upgrade for £7.49 if you require a quicker delivery for UK deliveries.
For International Deliveries we offer Fedex Next Day Service once the item ships to USA, Canada and most parts of Europe and a 3-4 day delivery for Australia, New Zealand and most parts of Asia. For costs please see options when you checkout.
Delivery Schedule
We will always send you email confirmation of your order.
- We aim to dispatch stock items within 48 hours.
- For items not in stock we aim to dispatch within 7-14 days. Some special orders may take up to 5 weeks, however this will be confirmed with you before your order is confirmed.
- For UK Mainland orders you can normally expect your order within 2-3 working days from when you placed your order. If you require your order quicker then please telephone us on 0800 6348570 or 01923 288266 so we can personally action your request
- Please allow 3-5 days for delivery to addresses within Europe
- Please allow 7-14 days for delivery to addresses in USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand or any other International Address outside of Europe.
- Please allow 7-10 days for delivery to addresses outside the UK mainland.
- If you have chosen to upgrade to Fedex Shipping, you will receive your order the next day after it ships if you are in USA,Canada,Europe and 3-4 business days for most other countries.
For security reasons we can ONLY deliver your order to your Credit Card Billing Address.
Please note that ALL items will be sent by either Royal Mail Special Delivery or Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. This makes sure the item you have purchased is insured.

All international deliveries (outside the UK) are also sent fully insured.

Returns
In the unlikely event that you are not happy with your
purchase we will provide you with a full refund as long as
the item is returned in its original packaging within 30 days. This does not apply to earrings for hygiene reasons or items made to order unless faulty. We are very happy to exchange for a different size rings where you have ordered the wrong size or rings that do not fit quite right. If a ring is too small or too big dimension wise then do call us as we will be able to suggest similar rings that may be more suitable to your taste.
In the event that the item is
damaged, please return it and we will
exchange it for a new item and will also refund your
return postage and packing costs.
You should ensure any
return postage provides adequate insurance against loss.
Special orders will not be able to be returned unless faulty.
