Delivery schedule

We will always contact you by email to confirm your order.

• For Payments made by Cheque we aim to dispatch stock items after 5 working days to allow for cheque clearance.
• For all other payment methods we aim to dispatch stock items within 48 hours.
• For items not in stock we aim to dispatch within 7-14 days.
• Please allow 7-10 days for delivery to addresses outside the UK mainland.

For security reasons we can ONLY deliver your order to your Credit Card Billing Address.

Please note that ALL items will be sent by either Royal Mail Special Delivery or Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. This makes sure the item you have purchased is insured.

This will also allow you to track and trace your purchases online at www.royalmail.com or by dialing 08459 272 100.

All international deliveries (outside the UK) are also sent fully insured.

Returns

In the unlikely event that you are not happy with your purchase we will provide you with a full refund as long as
the item is returned in its original packaging within 30 days from placement of your order. This does not apply to earrings for hygiene reasons or items made to order. We are very happy to exchange for a different size rings where you have ordered the wrong size or rings that do not fit quite right. If a ring is too small or too big dimension wise then do call us as we will be able to suggest similar rings that may be more suitable to your taste.

In the event that the item is damaged, please return it and we will exchange it for a new item and will also refund your
return postage and packing costs.

You should ensure any return postage provides adequate insurance against loss.

Special orders will not be able to be returned.
