Ruby

Rubies are a valuable precious gemstone, just like, Emerald, Sapphire & of course Diamond. They are red to pink in colour and are a variety of the mineral corundum. They have a hardeness of 9 on the Mohs Scale of mineral hardness and are therefore ideal for everyday wear. They are traditionally mined in Thailand,Cambodi, Sri Lanka & Africa. The rubies we use in our jewellery are a vibrant red-pink colour and are of very good clarity. We can offer most items in Ruby.
