Payment

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Switch (Maestro), Solo and Delta. Cheques drawn on a UK bank in GB Pounds are also accepted as well as UK Postal Orders.

We use a secure host with high level encryption to protect your credit card details. If you prefer, you can always provide these details via post or telephone.

Discounts

You are automatically entitled to £10 or $20 USD or 15 Euros off your first purchase over £60 or $120 USD or 90 Euros. Please check your email after you have registered for your discount code. Other Discount codes may be used at the secure checkout, but only one per order.

Refund Policy

If you find you are not happy with your purchase we will provide you with a full refund as long as the item is returned within 16 days in new condition and in its original packaging. In the unlikely event that the item is damaged, please return it within 7 days and we will exchange it and refund your postage and packing costs. You should ensure any return postage provides adequate insurance against loss or damage. Special orders will not be able to be returned. Please ensure you specify exactly what you require before ordering and submitting payment.
